What is the VISA function in Matlab?

Hello. There is a function www.mathworks.com/help/instrument/visa.html and I can't understand its meaning. Couldn't find a description on google. All I understood is that it has something to do with measuring devices and USB input. I hope for your help.

On the server side, check the permissions on the key files. And from the putty side, enable the session log and bring it here. Also look at the server logs.
