What is the usual schedule of a programmer working remotely with foreign companies?

The bottom line is that I am offered a job with different shifts, that is, one day I can work 5:00-13:00, and the next day 21:00-6:00. And the schedule is drawn up in advance for about a week. I can work, understand and code well, both at night and in the morning, but I wonder if you had such an experience working with different shifts, will this not make the brain cook badly and perform its duties? Or is it important to get enough sleep at the allotted time, and what time of day you will work is not important, since remote work always implies this with foreign companies? I'm still a beginner programmer with only 3 months experience.

What is the usual schedule of a programmer working remotely with foreign companies?

1. 40 hours a week at the discretion of the developer, plus calls at the scheduled time
2. Standard business hours from 9-10-11 am to 5-6-7 pm, plus calls at the scheduled time
3. Foreign companies may be in Europe or Japan or China, where the time zones can coincide almost completely.
If we talk about American companies, then everything can be whatever you like. But a programmer is not a support. In theory, the schedule can be flexible, and if the customer requires work in "shifts", is this development related to support?
