1) What exactly is the use of assembler in web development? Is there any use for assembler in server penetration testing if you only know JS?

2) If we take into account the many programs that can write in C / C ++ / Java and even in compiled Python, etc., then to modify programs is it enough to know the assembler itself, or you need to have at least superficial knowledge in the language, on who wrote the program?
