Hello, I began to prepare for the summer, and decided to slightly improve working conditions when I was out of town.

In nature, I use a modem from a megaphone, traffic to a working surf over the network goes around 1 giga per day, and this is taking into account free YouTube and other popular services.

I decided that RDP might help me. I will put a server with Windows at home and I will connect to it via RDP and, in fact, use endless traffic with the maximum city speed.

Therefore, the question arises, what are the approximate traffic costs per connection with RDP per hour, taking into account the frequent dynamics of content, both text and graphics.

Goal: fast Internet - look for a tunnel (software) with traffic compression, put a caching proxy on your local PC, put plug-ins in your browser that prohibit downloading resources more than N kb.
Purpose: performance / play - just move the computer.
Purpose: to work/code - buy hdmi-pc-dongle or intel nuc.
