What is the threat of reducing ListenBacklog in Apache's mpm config?

It costs nginx / 1.8.0 and httpd 2.2.15 on CentOS 6.7
Please tell me what is the threat of reducing the value of the ListenBacklog directive in the apache mpm config from the default value 512, to for example 30, that is, ListenBacklog 30 ?
