After installation, Woo will create the necessary pages: Shop (a page with the output of all products, the default slug is shop), Cart, Checkout, Personal account. All templates for displaying goods are naturally in the plugin. But no one relieves you of the need to write a topic. The woo theme uses the woocommerce.php template for its pages, in which there is one function woocommerce_content()that determines the page type and pulls the desired template from the templates in the plugin itself. All templates you can redefine and customize. Leave the home page as is. index.php, for example, or how you have it now, I don't know. It probably has header.php and footer.php.
