What is the SIP client for Windows Phone 8?

Looking for a SIP client for WP8. Who can advise?
You need the ability to specify any SIP proxy, it is also desirable to be able to configure things such as protocol, codecs, etc.
Tried Linphone, AdoreSoftphone - both just crash when trying to connect.
