What is the sh process that loads the percent in Ubuntu server 16.04.4?

How can I not go to the Ubuntu server, there is boot 2 and the “sh” process is in the top. How can I find out more about it, what is it?

well, it comes from sshd, your connection to the server via ssh.
There is no load there, the cpu does something and jumps naturally, it should not always be 0.
