What is the service for joint testing of layout?

I came across a service that publishes a local site / layout outside of NAT.
With this service, you can show the current layout to someone outside.
The service was free and ran from the console.
Now I can’t find it)
I found something similar - browser-sync, but it only works locally.
Please help me find this service.
