What is the risk of missing a capacitor on a video card?

In the presence of the evga 780 Ti video card
When removing the water cooling, the stars formed in such a way that 1 capacitor was cut off by a careless movement (if I understood correctly).

The arrow marks the missing component.
At the moment, the video card is working, later I will test it under load.
The question is, what does it mean in terms of performance?
