Licenses for software and other works

What is the right way to fork an opensource project with a stricter license for a third-party company?

I have npm package under BSD 2-clause license.
I was contacted by a company who wants to integrate this package into their tool, but their policy does not allow open licenses. They are asking for the opportunity to use this package under their own license.

Is it possible to do this at all with a bsd 2-clause license? Will their version under their license affect my open source version in any way? What should I pay attention to?

IANAL, TINLA.

Strange rules, strange people.

. But you won't show it to us?

And I didn’t quite understand how exactly “so”, but what's the difference? If this is exclusively your work, the exclusive rights to which you have not assigned either explicitly or implicitly, you have the right to distribute it under any conditions.

On the terms of the contract that you are offered.
