What is the right CMS to implement a variable product bundle system?

Hello everyone, circumstances forced me to address the following question.
The customer asks to implement a variable bundle system.
I'm telling from the example that they gave me - there is a package of goods (bundle), let's say "for the home", the package has a price and you can put it in the basket or buy it. The package contains goods, each product can be exchanged for a product of the same category, for example: there is "soap", which will be different in price. Actually, changing the product - changing the price of the package.
Given the changing order details and description, it is likely that in the future there will be a need for combinations of products that will give this package at a discount.
I can not find a normal CMS for this. Initially, I made a template for OctoberCMS (laravel), due to the imperfection of the system, my not so high level and incoming edits, it was more suitable and was transferred to WordPress with WooCommerce. Doing under WC now means writing a new plug-in in essence, and not in the best environment.

Bundle = preset basket. Take a convenient / current CMS and a couple of lines of code.
Click to add the items you want to the cart.
In general, if you use more or less standard CMS with a store function (module), then they usually have plugins for bundles.
I advise you to search first.

WooCommerce is now quite flexible and offers good integration options.
For your task there is a "Grouped product", you just need to add some logic.

The best combination in my opinion is Wordpress + WooCommerce. To do this, it is better to buy a ready-made professional solution: https://themeforest.net/category/ecommerce?ref=san...
