What is the reliability of a static site on Nuxt + Vue JS?

The client wants a simple business card site. How often will you have to respond to sudden calls and run yarn start? First of all, I'm interested in comparing the stability with php sites that can work for years.

And so - a static site generated by nuxt is no different from other static sites. It does not require yarn start, it's just a set of files for regular static hosting, even without php
