What is the reason for this RAM consumption in Safari?

Good day!
Friends, today three times in a row I encountered the following problem:
When surfing on the avito website at some point (the first time immediately after entering the site, the second time after 7-10 transitions through sections and the third time similarly), the "horse" process began memory consumption. Everything hung like hell, the cooler speed increased, etc. things related to this process. Never encountered anything like this before. Of the extensions, only Adblock and translate. Screenshot attached. Sometimes, when it still hung, instead of "Web content Safari (not responding)" was "avito".
What is the essence of the problem?
Thanks in advance for your replies.

UPD2:
I've been digging around in the Safari settings and just by chance found this. I understand these and there is a possible reason for what is happening?
