What is the reason for the rare interference on the video capture card?

I put in a new motherboard, connected the capture board, I transmit the image from the monitor in 1080i mode. In general, everything is fine, but every 30-50 times I see interference in the form of a strong blurring of the image for 0.5 seconds, then everything is fine again. What could be the reason for this? Avermedia board Hdmi
wire, board itself or motherboard? Firewood checked, like the newest. Does it make sense to put firewood for the monitor?
