What is the reason for the absence of ildasm.exe software?

Requires Ildasm.exe software to disassemble assemblies. I cannot find this product in my system. In the .NET directory, only ilasm.exe is present for reverse assembly. I tried to run via cmd from VS - the result is zero, the global search on the system did not give any results either. Perhaps the .NEt 4.6 version does not have this utility? although, as for me, this is probably absurd, because. ilasm is present. I didn't find any info on the website either. M.b. renamed? xD
