What is the reason for duplicating pages on bitrix?

The site has a whole bunch of duplicates of the same type, I am attaching a screen.
Please tell me what could be the reason and how to fix it?

Most likely you have a crooked link to the page like href="kontakty/" (without a slash at the beginning) meaning a relative path from the current one. At the same time, the url rules are configured in such a way that it is processed "normally" .... I.e. nesting grows: the link leads deeper and deeper.
Check the links to the contacts section - yours is not correct.
