What is the reason for ASUS X550CC laptop (Windows 8.1) to go to sleep spontaneously?
An intermittent problem occurs with the ASUS X550CC laptop (Windows 8.1). When working in a browser, outlook, etc., the laptop falls asleep, that is, it goes into sleep mode. When you press the "on" key, it comes to life. I will pay attention once again - it falls asleep during active work on it.
The problem, I repeat, is floating, I can’t understand the pattern, because the laptop is a person who sits only in Outlook, Chrome and sometimes launches Photoshop. From the periphery there is only a Logitech M185 mouse. There are suspicions that the wireless mouse and its adapter are somehow involved in this, as a couple of times the laptop went to sleep after installing the adapter. In the event log, there is such a note about this - pastebin.com/wzH5bsYY .
Result of command powercfg -q - pastebin.com/VZh8VCH6
Complicating everything is the fact that the problem occurs either a couple of times a day, or once every few months. This problem is aggravated by the fact that this laptop is not mine, but is with the authorities. There is no way to sit with him all day.
UPD1
In the Power Options, in principle, removed sleep, even at the touch of a button. Previously, when the screen went blank, you press the button 2 (!) times and a password entry window appears.
After I removed in the parameters "when you press on / off to go to sleep", after a dark screen, at least press down - there is no effect. Previously, it was necessary to press the button 2 times (the system went to sleep and exited for 2 presses), so that the laptop would come to life.
Painfully, this line in the logs confuses me, at the moment when the system goes into a black screen.
