What is the quality difference between 6G, 4G2P and 8G lenses?
I want to buy a lens for an action camera. Many with the same characteristics (F, FL, resolution), but with a different structure of the lens itself. For example, there are the following: 4G2P, 6G, 8G + BG, 9G
As I could find on the Internet, G is glass, P is plastic.
Please explain what is the difference, in terms of image quality, between these lenses?
What is BG in this notation?
