Good afternoon.
Help to recognize the program for switching windows shown on the screen The screen

was made from the CodeSchool training video about AngularJS (shaping up with AngularJS - soup to bits). Unfortunately, I did not find the software used in the video anywhere, I searched in Google.
There is a suspicion that this is Witch, but the presence of the right side of the selection window confuses.
