What is the problem with Linux parition?

I install Linux on a 32GB flash drive and in the process I get such an error, I'm curious because of what it appears, why does it write that the partitions are in use?
Partition(s) 1,2,5 on /dev/sda have been written, but we have been unable to inform the kernel of the change, probably because it/they are in use. As a result, the old partition(s) will remain in use

It seems like 2 options:
1) you pulled the scene (in the sense of rendering and displaying it) before the light was added, that’s why it doesn’t exist
2) your spotLight does not hit the scene and you have to play with the
coordinates

Are you by any chance trying to install the system to the same place you booted from?
