What is the problem with .htacces?

Complete zero on this. The site stopped opening, a 500 Error pops up from my hosting. The site itself is in Wordress. I looked at the logs, the error is in the .htacces file, namely

/home/httpd/vhosts/sexy-darling.ru/httpdocs/.htaccess: RewriteCond: bad flag delimiters

There, in the RewriteCond, the template contains unescaped spaces in many places, which lead to a syntax error and a 500 Internal Server Error.
Looks like the site has been hacked.
