What is the problem with graphics drivers in (Ubuntu, (ElementaryOS))?

Good afternoon!
Not so long ago I started using Linux, and after a week of use, a problem began ...
When I start the operating system through GRUB, after choosing the operating system, a black screen hangs with an underscore ... I
tried to solve the problem by installing proprietary drivers on nvidia, but this method did not work
Then checked the system for possible missing files, updated the system, checked for broken packages, cleared the cache, and did all the possible tweaks...
Every time, it helps me to completely remove the nvidia graphics drivers, as it is now...
Now I think I need to install something something like Bumblebee? But again, what is the likelihood that the drivers installed using the Bumblebee(2) configuration will work as they should?
Reading off-line documentation from Ubuntu Wiki, I understand that it is clumsy, well, as much as possible, and Linux does not allow you to work quietly because of this!
I'm already very confused with this whole stupid set of tools, but the functionality and ease of use of ElementaryOS does not let go
Thanks!

google about modeset (nomodeset) in the launch options of the bucket. In 2017, setting modeset = something there helped me, then setting nomodeset began to help on the contrary

I read about this, in fact, with this command we disable the launch of the graphics core of the video card when the BIOS starts? Quoting * https://askubuntu.com/questions/716957/what-do-the... . *
~ The latest kernels have moved the video mode setting to the kernel. Thus, all programming of the hardware frequencies and registers on the video card happens in the kernel and not in the X driver when the X server starts up. It allows you to have beautiful and pop-up (boot) screens and flickering high resolution free transitions from splash screen to login screen. Unfortunately, on some cards this doesn't work properly and you end up with a black screen as a result. Adding the nomodeset option tells the kernel not to load video drivers and instead use BIOS modes until X is loaded.~

In my opinion, this should help me, but now I don’t have time to set it up, as I change the parameters, I will let you know if this action saved my nerves :)
