What is the problem with Exec format error when building an image in Docker?

The error occurs during container build. What could be the problem?
Ubuntu is on VirualBox

Разобрался в чем была проблема. Не совместимость разрядностей ПО. В FROM стояла 64 разрядная версия ОС, при попытке загрузить 86 разрядную программу. Спасибо.

Проверь буквы e в Dockerfile, похоже что одна из них - русская
