What is the problem with deployment implementation?

I am doing this article.
Reached "Create Puma Upstart Script". I did everything as in the article. I checked everything.
Next is "Start Puma Applications Manually". Here comes the problem:

sudo: start: command not found

What did I do wrong?

Based on the text of the error, I will assume that Upstart is not installed on your server.
