I want to connect to the internet but this is the problem

"The ethernet network manager does not have valid ip settings."

I have Windows 10 on my computer.
I topped up the internet and even played an online game today.
I tried to find a solution through the phone, but the advice there did not help.
I do not have Wi-Fi and I immediately connect to the antenna via ethernet.
