What is the principle of operation of acceptance tests in Yii2?

I cloned the repository, rolled up Selenium, deployed migrations to test databases, fixed configs and UML (I use WebDriver (firefox) instead of PhpBrowser), built everything I needed in the test/codeception/frontend folder, ran codecept run - then see the screenshot ..

Question - in than an error (at first I thought about the "delay" parameter in Selenium, did not have time to submit, added 300). The tests are still failing. What am I doing wrong?

There is also an error output, the test does not just fail, it also says why it did so.
