What is the plan for learning about computer networks and Cisco?

I worked for six months only with OKS7, but suddenly I had to move to a department where there is a lot of Cisco equipment. I don’t know almost anything about computer networks, I somehow move around in Cisco ios, and when I got into ios xr, I got completely lost. Please write some kind of self-study plan for networks and further to Cisco with minimal financial investment (books, video courses, websites, etc.). There is so much to learn that I don't know where to go.
