As the simplest in terms of implementation and actual syntax. There really is no place to be simpler, this is an almost linear substitution of keywords - with binary codes of the corresponding processor commands.
Of course, someone will remember some brainfuck and other trash, it is really syntactically simpler, but it seems to me that you are not interested in such degenerate cases.
