If we are talking about the global study of programming, without getting into the jungle of PL, then - knowledge that will never depreciate and will only benefit you:
1. Logical thinking: books on logic \ algorithms
2. Abstract thinking.
3. Basic foundation: Logic, set theory, discrete mathematics Number
system, algorithms, data structures
Paradigms: Declarative, imerative, logical programming
Hardware: Basic computer architecture
Soft: Networks, protocols, OS, compilers\interpreters
Everything else comes as you work, or dig deeper into your environment.
And of course, as mentioned above, English is the holy of holies, 70% of the information (if not more) is in English. web/book segment

Such an elementary question immediately betrays a lazy, difficult person who did not go to google his question, but wants to get everything ready "on a silver platter." In short, first defeat laziness.

First you need to learn how to turn an idea into a sequence of separate actions and link them together.

The stack depends on the industry. There is no universal roadmap.
