What is the path of a junior?

Guys, tell me, today my work experience is 4 months, and as you understand, I am a junior. They gave different tasks, both for working with the network, and for flows, and for working with the database, and so on little things, as a result, I have an idea on what topics they gave tasks, but I don’t have specific structured knowledge in these topics, how to deal with it, for a junior this is a normal phenomenon, and everything will come with experience? How to deepen knowledge in topics, because every time they give new tasks, often not related to previous topics, well, and advice from experienced people, how to quickly raise your level of knowledge and programming?

The path is not easy, that's for sure, the most important thing is the approach to learning.

I agree with everyone, read, watch, listen, plow.
I have been working for 10 months. I read 6 books, took more than a dozen courses. Still a lot of new, forgotten old. You can’t read the pancake experience, only time.
