I found the answer myself.
In accordance with the document SP–3-0092: (TIA-942 Standard, edition
7.0, February 2005) “Telecommunications infrastructure of
Data Processing Centers” clause 5.3.5.3. “Environmental operating parameters”
(excerpt from the document)
“5.3.5.3. Environmental operating parameters
- psychrometer dry bulb temperature: 20º C (68º F) to 25º C
(77º F);
- relative humidity: from 40% to 50%;
- dew point: no more than 21º C (69.8º F);
- rate of change: no more than 5º C (9º F) per hour;
