What is the optimal processor for a programmer?

INTEL Pentium Dual-Core G4600 (5010 rubles) - I read that they are a little cut down from the i3 - does this matter for my purposes?
INTEL Core i3 6100 (7540 rubles)
AMD A10 7850K (6310 rubles)
after switching from sublime text 3 to phpstorm, the processor power is not enough
now asus x501a: intel pentium b980 + 8gb ddr3 I
plan to collect block + ssd
often: phpstorm, chrome , firefox, opera, ..
sometimes: gimp, kdenlive, kazam (long screen recording with on-the-fly conversion), ..

I have an i5-4xxx at work now, sometimes it bends if you open js files with more than 500 lines of code.
Consider different tools like gulp, grunt, bower, webpack. They want a lot when the project build happens.
The speed of selecting a window with auto-completion of methods, classes, files, etc. is also from the processor.
SSD - definitely yes.
