What is the normal ratio of work time from backend to frontend?
I have a hobby of creating auxiliary services for more convenient calculations and searches than the required sites provide. From games to crypto exchanges.
The method is parsing. Tool - PHP+JS for dates and CSS for layout.
According to Githab statistics, I found that the code date/layout ratio is 9 to 1. And the time spent, subjectively, is 1 to 9.
That is, I spend 90% of the development time on 10% of the code.
Is this normal, or do I need a coder/designer?
If the developer is "one for all", then what is the ratio of backend to frontend time spent?

What the hell?! It all depends on the project!
The answer is: architecture. Without architecture, fake whistles can take a long time to make.
You rummage around in the back, but you are stupid in the front. Ask yourself the question - why would it take so much time.
Golden rule: If you are a "jack of all trades" - something will suffer
