What is the name of the script system that makes you read links in social networks?

For example, you throw a link in VK or Ok.com, the system immediately reads it, and somehow pumps the title and description of the site and another photo.
How did they do it?

Are you seriously? Do you want us to send you sorts or something? :D
These modules are written by pens and there are no ready-made scripts.
Google, study web technologies + their connection with languages like C, C# and implement the same. Perhaps I am wrong, I will not argue, but such interactions seem to be implemented with the help of normal programming languages!
PS Always surprised by such delusional questions. How do I write a social network? How can I write a cool browser game like mail.ru? Learn the equipment, practice, team up with other programmers and create your own powerful projects.

We catch the test field change events when we see something similar to a link in it - we send a request to the server, on the server we download the page using this link, parse it, return the necessary data to the client.
I don't quite understand what the question is, I need clarification.
