Special beauty is not needed (this is not a sauna with girls), but a strict professional design would be very helpful. Moreover, you need not just to "fasten the theme", but to receive proposals for design options and the implementation of one of them. Hence the question. Who do I need?
Maybe it's 2 people? Designer + coder? Or are there 2 specialists in one?

Of course, there may be adequate layout designers, but you are unlikely to be able to find them.
ps when faced with a similar problem, I just found a couple of dozen templates on https://themeforest.net/ and combined them - I created my own unique layout.
so I also advise you to sit and look at the templates there - highlight cool implementations from different themes and hire a layout designer saying "here are 10 themes. here I highlighted the cool features of these themes that I want to see on my site."
