What is the name of the history table?

There is a table in which the history of changes is written (it doesn't even matter which ones). How to call her? Not as simple a question as it seems in reality. Well, let's call it let's say history (this was the case before) and what do we get? How to call the model in the code (in the language using this base)? Also history? Those. as if the word history - already implies a multitude, and not one element. If only to name the model HistoryRecord, but it somehow doesn't seem very nice to me...

I think it's incorrect to call the model history (History). After all, so any list of something in time could be called. It is more correct to call it what the essence itself is.
For example: Order, User, User Action
In general, with a stretch, you can do this: HistoryRow, HistoryItem, HistoryPoint, HistorySnapshot.
