What is the name of the extension that "straightens" links in Google search results?

How to make it so that when clicking on one of the sites from the Google search results, there was a transition not to https://www.google.ru/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&sou... ,d.bGQ , but to direct, say, to https://market.yandex.ru/product/10957450 ?
I heard there is such an extension.

Just search for "url decoder extension for (chrome, mozilla, ie...)" and use whatever you like.
