What is the name of the described mathematical operation on a function?

Hello.
There is a noise function that returns values from -1 to 1. I want it to return values from 0 to 5 (0 to 1, -100 to 100, etc., i.e. any interval of interest), but "corresponding" to the fact that it returns in the range from -1 to 1. To do this, I will add 1 to the result and multiply by 2.5, thus the results of the function will now be located in the range from 0 to 5.
Does such a mathematical operation on such change the results of the function name? (Without a mathematical language, it is difficult to explain this, but I hope it is approximately understandable)

If I understand correctly, what you want is called conformal mapping .

Operator, functor.
In this case, you can call the composition of functions.

This is called y-shift and scaling.
