What is the name of the class of solutions a la 1C platform? Are there standard and Open-Source analogues?

Dear colleagues,
tell me where to look and what keywords to look for:
- There are systems that implement the concept of a document and its movement. They are called ECM. There is a CMIS standard. There is a generally recognized OpenSource leader Alfresco.
- There are systems based on the concept of process. They are called BPMS. There is a zoo of standards (BPEL, BPMN, YAWL). There is RunaWFE and the same Alfresco.
And what are the names of the systems that implement the concept of directories, forms, accounting registers and executable orders? Is there a standard? Are there generally accepted and usable OpenSource implementations?
