What is the name of such a visualization and is there a library for creating something like this?

In many sites and video clips, there is a similar visualization / animation. Since I don’t know what it’s called, I don’t know what to write in Google. Please tell me what is it called and are there any frameworks/libraries to work with?

It is quite difficult to find a word to denote such a visualization. I'm assuming it's made with the very cool d3 library. There are examples here - https://github.com/mbostock/d3/wiki/Gallery
I myself have so far limited myself to using highcharts in my projects, but I keep d3 bookmarked :)
