What is the most unpretentious to iron and resistant to nubism linux distribution?
Yesterday I installed xubuntu 15.xx and today I'm thinking about an alternative. Perhaps it was not worth choosing version 15, or maybe I'm just a noob, but I console myself with the fact that I sat under version 14.04 for a long time and there were no problems. And the following happened - I installed nginx, checked it - it works. Began to configure the config and "something went wrong." Demolished, but it is no longer put again - an error.
On the ubuntu forum, I asked more than one comment.
So I decided to ask - is there a system that is as unpretentious to hardware as xubuntu, but so that you don’t have to reinstall because of little things?

You will suffer like this on any distribution.
Forget about Windows methods to solve any problem by reinstalling the system.
Understand and fix!
Ubuntu 14.04/15.04.
15.10 in the furnace.
If you don't mind studying Google and you need a stable system, then debian.
To begin with, I sincerely advise you to carefully read the output of the "man man" command in the terminal.
Then apt-get should be replaced with aptitude because aptitude is smarter.
Further:
When you do remove - configs are not deleted. Sometimes this leads to funny effects.
In such cases it is necessary to do purge.
Sometimes it is useful, as mentioned above, to use the -f switch.
All in all, (x)Ubuntu is a decent distribution. You can also try mint. They are good for beginners, but a Gentoo build will help overall development, much like installing Arch Linux.
