What is the most requested mvc framework for php for freelancer?

I have two questions in one.. Recommend
1) The best php-mvc-framework to date for building applications.
2) The most popular freelancing php-mvc-framework for creating applications.
UPD: the second point implies creation from scratch, I don’t want to consider revision.

What did you do with MVC and MVC. Read something ... some articles on this topic. Too frequent mention of it can be regarded as a lack of understanding of what MVC is.
I recommend Symfony2, Zend2 or Laravel. I ranked them in order from the best to ... a little less than the best (yes, the opinion is subjective, but the top three at the moment are exactly the same, let alone how someone shuffles these little things).
Demanded ... but these three are the most in demand. Well, if you are oriented to the CIS, you can also include Yii2 in the list.
Basic principles, etc. All of these frameworks are similar. Laravel is generally built on the basis of Symfony components (at least it has the same AppKernel inside). The only difference is that for serious projects using all sorts of DDD / BDD / TDD, it is better to take Symfony or Zend. And for RAD - Laravel/Yii2.

Laravel, Yii, Phalcon, Symfony - The first 3 are easier to learn. Falcon is the fastest php framework, there have been a lot of orders on it lately. Laravel - perhaps the most promising, but not very popular in the Russian Federation (but this is temporary).

Does not exist and will never exist. If you do not agree - give an example of the material used for the construction of any buildings.
Once again, there are no frameworks for all tasks. Fuck knows what task you will solve, and for each task your own framework is optimal. For example, there is WP for a blog, MODx for a business card, Symphony2 for a service-oriented system, Yii2 for something in between, and Zend2 for a library system. It all depends on the problem you are solving.
