What is the most relevant and promising django-based cms now?

Djsngo-cms version 3 is very unwilling to cooperate, although in general it is cool, if not for the redesigned editing system through the site itself, which is categorically impossible to use because of its buggy and unintuitive. Not to mention the inability to insert unformatted text into the placeholder.
Are there alternatives? To:
1) Free.
2) Good Community and all the necessary third-party goodies from github.
3) Worked well out of the box.
Or maybe someone has already tweaked the content editing system for version 3?

cms is not needed for djanga
