What is the most powerful real-time layout tool?

I tried a lot of layout tools without page reload (or with minimal one): gulp-connect, -livereload, -live-server, -browsersync, from Visual Studio - Browser Link but all of them are not as fast as I would like.
Which one are you using?
What is the fastest ? I don't care about the resources it will consume. I need speed. Only with liveserver it was possible to increase the processing speed through the timer by 3 times.
Bottom line: You need to type in real time like in devtools in chrome.
For now, I'm leaning towards rewriting gulp-live-server.

What is wrong with refreshing the page after saving the file? There are plugins for every browser.

I never noticed that this process was slow, I use browsersync. How long do you think? I have an average of 0.1-0.5 s and this is the time while I shift my gaze from screen to screen, that is, it is not necessary faster.
