What is the most likely cause of the computer freezing on boot?

Hello. The computer in the morning, when turned on, sometimes hangs on the screen saver with the logo of the motherboard.
After the first or second reboot, the computer boots normally.

I asked the person who has this problem to send a video of how he presses Num Lock when the computer hangs. The video was sent - the keyboard indicator does not respond to pressing Num Lock, so I have suspicions that the motherboard will soon be kirdyk.

Am I thinking right?

Just in case, I looked at the SSD using CrystalDisk, and similar programs, but they all show some kind of game, like "The disk is 100% healthy", and in the counters in the "current value" column almost everywhere 100, or 1000, and in the column "Maximum allowable" - values of 10-50.

I see two options here, either the drive is faulty and hangs up the PC periodically, then try turning it off to start the PC without it and see if the logo goes further. Or RAM, corny oxidation on the contacts, then take it out and wipe the contacts with a school eraser and insert it back
