Annoying SMS spam. I tried the FAS - they need information about the sender. I tried smsnenado.ru - I didn’t notice the effect, and I don’t trust it. I tried to call spammers and ask where the number came from - they don’t say, they joke about the threat of filing complaints with the FAS.
Recently, spam comes from classic (numerical) recipients, but it hasn't gotten any easier. After all, the number of the sender can be the number of the same victim.
Once I even saw on the FAS website an offer to leave fake orders to spammer taxi drivers. Then I didn’t find it (had a dream?).
I'm thinking of switching to this method of revenge by buying a SIM card or two.
The questions are.
1. Will they put me in jail?
2. Can I be beaten?
3. Will it work just a little?

For 3 months I stubbornly drove in all the spam on smsnenado.ru
For half a year now, no spam comes at all.
I wrote a complaint to the prosecutor's office against one "sender" (he held out the longest) (according to instructions from the same smsnenado.ru) - it helped.

The easiest way is to ignore.
It makes sense to write to the FAS if you want to go all the way, but you need to understand that in this case your data will be with the one who sends spam.
As an alternative, you can put an application that will allow you to receive SMS only from allowed numbers.
