contextual advertising
Ken Jee, 2018-10-04 18:52:41

What is the monthly budget for contextual advertising for a very young online store?

The question, of course, does not contain specifics about the market segment, competition, semantic core, etc. And it looks abstract. But still ... Let's say an online electronics store is launched. The number of goods is approximately 100 units. What monthly budget for advertising in Yandex.Direct will be considered acceptable for the first time, provided that the advertising company is set up more or less competently and geo-limited to Moscow and Moscow Region? 15 thousand per month? 20 thousand? Or another amount? If possible, give examples (without mentioning specific stores): furniture store, 30 keys, geo - Moscow, average budget - 20 thousand per month.

@Sanes

Two or three hundred thousand trees a month should be enough to launch.

I don’t understand one thing - why do you need contextual advertising? Which one is inefficient and expensive? Why not targeted?
Targeted, just like contextual, allows you to search for hot customers.
But, unlike contextual, targeted is 10 times more accurate. And 10 times cheaper))

Depends on the range.
If you do not have something unique and everyone needs, then 1-2 thousand dollars a month.
Less than 20,000 rubles a month is generally a waste of money, it actually does not work with such a small budget.
If you succeed with the uniqueness of the product and with the desires of buyers to buy this product, you are very lucky. In this case, you can do without contextual advertising at all or get by with a penny for advertising.

No problem. You the main thing:
1. Specify it in the contract, word for word.
2. Pay the specialist an advance payment of 100%.
3. There will be a gorgeous result, of course, abstractly. But still...
Contract please...
And which one will suit you? I certainly understand that the question looks abstract. But still...
Please provide the standards of the context settings to the studio, we will check with yours ... Of course, I understand that the request looks abstract. But still...
Yes, it will. Contract please...
Not a question:
1. Shop [shop_name], 1 key, 20 thousand per month.
2. Shop [shop_name], 2 keys, 20 thousand per month.
3. Shop [shop_name], 10,000 keys, 20k per month.
4. Shop [shop_name], 100,000 keys, 20 thousand per month.
Moral:
1. "Directologist" (wow, what a word!) - an excellent client!
2. Client - the context is shit, one deception!

the company will be set up more or less competently

-_-
Contact a couple of agencies, let them make a commercial offer for you, and not for an abstract store of a random theme, but for yours. It will depend a lot on the area.

To test the soil and the client, I recommend setting it to about 5t.r.
If there are few funds, then you need to fine-tune the direct.
Each key to work out as much as possible. No copy-paste. Then you can count on returns.
Ideally, hire an ad manager to turn off useless keys on the go and invest in useful ones that bring real customers.
Direct advertising is a small lottery with its own risks.
It takes about a month to probe the client.
I personally set up advertising for 1t.r. to the site of unpopular services. There were only 2 applications. =)
And 20t.r. per month for 5 applications daily.

The option above about 300k per month is called "Spam several tens of thousands of keys and put them in the top"

It's all theory. Set up advertising in Yandex for real and run it for three working days, and you will see everything for yourself. Then multiply the result by 10.

Less than 100-200 thousand per month is just money down the drain. No effect.
Well, that is, the cost of attracting a buyer will be more expensive than the profit received.
As soon as the ads stop, the buyers will leave.
Contextual advertising is expensive.
