What is the minimum action to make a program for iPhone + Apple Watch?

[Let's say I don't know anything about programming (or rather, I wrote bad shit code about 6 years ago, so I stopped doing it and switched to video editing).]

What you need to read (or better to look at - I perceive information more easily) and do, and so do it as needed to make yourself a program for iPhone and for Apple Watch with the following features:
1) Check marks every day like habits (habits) with the ability to later see a long timeline leading in months (longer than the monthly view in calendars) - like zooming as in the list of applications on ⌚️ - to see which days you did it, which days you didn’t
2) The ability to run a stopwatch every day for each of these habits (start, pause, manual editing) - such as how much time it took for a day (I haven’t decided how to display it in p1 yet)
3) On a par with habits, the ability to create tasks (create , edit, mark as completed)
4) Ability to add a note every day (a special icon will appear on the timeline)
5) List of all notes separately

Editing on the clock and by voice and from the keyboard. Data in the form of text mixed with emoji.

The closest example of how you liked it on the clock is Things3

I will do the very minimum - and decide to continue to do or abandon. If everything is done - then, and for what time, at least and maximum, could this be done from scratch, if you devote additional time to this as a hobby, after work and business?

@samodum

Two options:
1. Order writing a program for a programmer.
2. Learn Swift and write your own.
There are no video tutorials
