What is the "lightest" android or ios emulator)?

Tell me please, which of the emulators is the most "easy"?
I have limitations on the system, namely: Windows 7, 32-bit, 3.8 - RAM.
I use BlueStacks, but it hangs everything else. Opening Chrome Code Editor and BS at the same time is out of the question.

Of this type, BlueStacks is the lightest.
Only the AVD that comes with Android Studio is lighter
